purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept a return or exchange of full
priced items within 14 days of delivery.
-Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return or exchange on any product that has
been worn (for longer than an initial try-on), washed, or otherwise altered
from the state in which you receive them.
-Purchase of discounted or sale
items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. If any sale item is
returned to Masonville Mercantile, the package will be refused and sent
back to customer at customer’s own cost.
-Customers are responsible for shipping costs of any returns or exchanges.
